SRAM X.9 Groupset MTB 2011 sudah memasuki era sepeda gunung 10 speed. Groupset untuk sepeda papan yang satu ini memiliki 2 pilihan, antara 10 x 2 atau 10 x 3. Untuk 10 x 3, hanya berbeda pada Front Shiting.dengan crank berjumlah 22-33-44. Sedangkan 10 x 2 mengunakan 26-39 atau 28-42 gigi. Seri SRAM.X9 tahun 2011 membuat teknologi drivetrain lebih bervariasi. Penguna komponen SRAM dapat mengkombinasikan antara jumlah gigi dan pilihan besar sproket.
